This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us.  The information on our web portal is published after consulting the relevant Directorates-General of the Ministry of Finance.
 
The Ministry of Finance takes all necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Web Portal. It is subject to change without prior notice. Τhis website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your own convenience and use. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.

The user wishing to use the electronic services of the Web Portal, is responsible for each declaration or data submission effected using the personal codes issued to him (user name and password).
This responsibility remains even if the user decides, at his own free choice, to disclose his personal codes to a third person (accountant etc.) who uses an electronic service on his behalf.
 
The Ministry of Finance and the relevant Directorates-General take all necessary measures in order to ensure the proper functioning of the electronic services provided.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect, incidental or consequential) suffered by the user in connection with the use or inability to use the Web Portal, delays during usage, errors or omissions in it, interruptions in the telephone line, electricity network breakdowns or other reasons.
 
The user wishing to use the electronic services of the Web Portal should provide true, accurate, reliable and complete information concerning the data submitted during registration or while using the electronic services of the Ministry of Finance.

All data provided by the Web Portal user will be not used for any other purpose than that described in the specific webpage/electronic service. The accuracy of the data submitted by the user is at his own responsibility and any damage or loss (direct or indirect, incidental or consequential) resulting from submission of inaccurate data is borne by the user and in no case by the Ministry of Finance.
 
The RSS service provided by the Ministry may be used on other websites only as a link leading directly to the full article of the present website. In this case explicit reference to the source shall be made (www.minfin.gr). Any other use of the RSS service such as reproduction, sale, lease, republication, distribution, implementation, configuration or modification is prohibited.

GSIS may collect identification data of the website visitors/users, using respective technologies like ‘cookies’ and/or monitoring of IP addresses. ‘Cookies’ are small text files that are stored on the hard disk of each visitor/user, containing non-personal user identification data, non-aware of any document or file on the visitor’s/user’s computer.
